Duties: Handle employment litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support cases and provide counsel. Collaborate with clients to understand and address their employment-related legal needs. Assist in conducting discovery, including depositions, document requests, and interrogatories. Stay abreast of relevant legal developments,
regulations, and best practices in employment law. Provide strategic advice to clients on employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and legal staff to achieve optimal client outcomes. Participate in negotiations, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution processes. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling. Admitted to the Virginia Bar. Strong research and writing skills demonstrated through prior legal work. Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school. Familiarity with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience is preferred.
