Will review, draft and negotiate documents and provide legal counsel on a wide range of matters impacting technology companies. Review, draft and negotiate commercial transactions for large corporations and fortune500’s. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service. Experience counseling clients on corporate matters or contracts, experience with
