join our team in our headquarters office located in Arlington, VA. The position is full-time, on-site, and requires occasional flexibility to work until 6pm. Primary Responsibilities: Drafting, preparing, and collating immigration documents for U. S. visas Utilizing web-based immigration case management system and database continuously and accurately Handling of sensitive personal and financial documents with extreme attention to detail and the utmost care Preparing documents for scanning and mailing Working closely with fellow Legal Assistants as well as paralegals and attorneys across multiple departments within the firm and your own team Monitoring internal systems to ensure immediate processing

and keeping high-level customer service standards Communicating timely with legal professionals about the status of physical documents Contributing to the development of firm processes to simplify work, standardize procedures and help the team operate more efficiently and effectively Qualification Requirements: Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and energetic attitude Experience with document scanning and data entry Experience with a case management system (such as INSZoom, Tracker, or Law Logix) Experience with Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience in a fast-paced customer facing role desired Benefits: Casual work attire Paid
