Duties: Handle complex construction litigation cases, including disputes related to contracts, defects, delays, and other construction-related matters.

Conduct legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, hearings, and trials. Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop case strategies. Provide legal advice and guidance on construction-related disputes.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and legal developments. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (T-14 and/or near top of class).

Admitted to the Bar in California. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Extensive experience in complex litigation, preferably with a focus on construction-related disputes. Demonstrated interest in construction law and disputes. Skills: Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
