matters. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all deadlines and court requirements are met. Provide legal advice to clients on intellectual property issues and strategies.
Requirements:2-6 years of experience as an attorney, preferably focusing on intellectual property litigation. Law firm experience is highly preferred. Technical degree in biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or a related field. Outstanding academic credentials, demonstrating a strong legal foundation. Admission to practice law and in good standing with the New York Bar. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
