The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in estate planning and trust/estate administration. The candidate should possess a strong academic record, excellent professional credentials, and, ideally, a background in accounting.
An L. L. M. in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred. Admission to practice law in California is required, or the candidate should be willing to take the CA bar exam. Duties: Provide comprehensive legal advice and services in the areas of estate planning and trust/estate administration. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning instruments. Advise clients on tax implications
and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Represent clients in probate court proceedings and estate litigation matters. Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop holistic estate plans.
Stay current on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting trusts and estates. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning and trust/estate administration.
