Understand various diligence and customary ancillary and closing aspects of typical secured lending transactions under the UCC. Work directly with sophisticated clients and other counsel. years of relevant experience in commercial finance law. Licensed to practice law in California. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
