Duties: Represent leaders in various industries, handling product liability and mass tort cases. Conduct depositions, draft substantive briefs, and actively participate in all phases of litigation. Manage and collaborate with legal teams on multidistrict litigation (MDL) and product liability matters. Provide strategic counsel on legal issues related to product liability and mass tort cases. Stay

updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends. Requirements:4-6 years of litigation experience, demonstrating proficiency in deposition and substantive brief writing.

California Bar admission is mandatory. Knowledge of California state and federal civil procedure is preferred. Experience in product liability, mass torts, MDL, team management, and/or trial practice in California is a plus. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills: Strong litigation skills with a focus on product liability and mass torts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
