+ Monthly Performance Bonus Reports To - Shift Supervisor Responsibilities: Collect and sort products while standing by the conveyor line from machines running at different speeds.
Operate a machine press. Count products to the correct row amounts, according to the pallet specification sheet for the orders. Perform visual quality inspections of product and remove non-quality parts to meet quality inspection standards to ensure that only high-quality product is palletized. Construct uniform pallets with the correct pallet counts and pallet tags for each unique part number. Perform secondary duties as assigned by the Supervisor. VOLUNTARY overtime is regularly offered.
Role Requirements: Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to meet individual/position-specific hourly production goals. Work collaboratively with PAK members by rotating stations and meeting production goals of several line positions within a shift. Meet the company's quality inspection standards.
