Job Description and Responsibilities ESM is looking for a full-time C&A Specialist who demonstrates the following capabilities and satisfies the Minimum Qualifications, Clearance, and Certification requirements.
Employee responsibilities include: · Provide Information Security and Assurance, Risk and Vulnerability backssment and Management, Incident Handling and Response, C&A for Secure View, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSf C) Project. · Perform
as a Project Lead for C&A efforts for systems applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and providing monthly status reports, inputs for project plans, project milestones, and any operational checklists required.
· Develop implementation controls, CONOPS, Access Control, Configuration Management, Incident Response, Risk backssment, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and related policies and procedures. · Provide oversight of testing and training procedure development, vulnerability scans and STIG implementation. · Perform as project lead through all stages of the NIST RMF from Categorization through Control Implementation, Self backssment, ATO and Continuous Monitoring. · Provide
engineering and information assurance support to a Defense Agency to include performing customer requirement reviews and engineering analysis for the selection and implementation of cross domain solutions.
· Work with the National Security Agency (NSA) and other outside agencies to ensure the continued and secure operation of the Secure View, VDI, and CSf C projects.
