Health Director and care team to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques and methods applied to health and wellness of older adults · Demonstrated knowledge of good backssment skills · Effective organizational, time management skills · Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills · Ability to provide resident and family education · Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) · Ability to teach and guide team members to provide quality clinical care · Ability to handle multiple priorities · Ability to use a computer, with Word, spreadsheet, email
