Ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently Strong attention to detail and love of processes Ability to work on multiple projects, condensed timelines with shifting and competing priorities Professional written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills are crucial ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Manages the intake, triage, and assignment of production-level work requests from our inbound ticketing platform, Happy Fox.

This includes direct communication with requesters to gather missing information, recommend solutions and work with the Marketing team to align timing and prioritization. Requests include but are not limited to: business cards, name tags, website edits, print collateral and signage, promotional items, and custom gifting.

Conduct monthly audits of collateral expenses including (but not limited to): flyers, brochures, floor mats, gifting/swag items, etc. Biweekly audits of graphic designers' time spent per project Continuously evaluate and improve intake process, resource plan and approach, workflow management and project status tracking to increase efficiency. Event/conference planning and execution Swag/gifting research and ordering Manage all marketing collateral orders including (but not limited to): flyers, brochures, floor mats, folders, bandit/bootleg signs, banners, etc.

Conduct monthly audits of Elmington's online presence Perform other duties as assigned Manages team mailbox used by internal team members to seek assistance. Responsibilities include responding to emails, investigating of responses, reporting, and sharing insights for continuous improvement of our team's resources and processes. Maintain departmental Dropbox with electronic file organization. SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE: Two years of marketing experience is required in this industry or a similar industry PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Frequently sit, stand and walk Regularly required to talk or hear Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS None The Elmington Experience We're creating a different kind of company at Elmington.
