Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday! Key Responsibilities Creation and execution of local marketing plans focused across both consumers and trade partners.

Ensuringthat local plans are in line with globally agreed strategies and established brand plans. Lead the Americas consumer marketing team. Establish and run systems and ways of working to ensure that trade and consumer marketing in the Americas are considered as a single plan. Monitor and approve all marketing activity in the Americas across consumer and trade marketing. Drive innovation in marketing execution.

Keep a keen eye on budgets and ensure that spending for marketing is in line with approved budgets. Lead the local annual plan ning process (across consumer and trade marketing) Consistently monitor , analys e and evaluat e marketing trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activities to identify brand and marketing opportunities supporting growth plans.

Pricing exercise input with consumer and competitive input on RRP and recommendation on pricing as a result on target and floor price analysis (analysis done by finance). Be a partner to the central team by giving a local view on initiatives. Create best practice cases and share with the organization Experience and Knowledge 12+ years
