We partner with Fertility Centers, OB/GYNS, and employers and use consumer marketing to reach couples trying to become parents. level. This is a fast-paced, interactive, marketing leadership role. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow! We're seeking a polished individual who has experience thriving in a mission driven organization and is passionate about healthcare marketing.
Some of the primary responsibilities: Create and execute the annual marketing plan with executive leadership Define marketing strategies for fertility centers, OBGYNs, and employers Support website and social media content development Own all B2B and B2C marketing collateral Implement a process for patient testimonials, reviews, and case studies Drive partner marketing campaigns Lead GTM plans for new products and services
Provide sales team project support Coordinate events Execute regional office branding Support paid advertising efforts Other marketing tasks as needed What you'll bring with you Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar Master’s Degree or MBA (preferred) 8-12 years of marketing experience Healthcare, Health Tech, or Employer Benefit industry experience (Required) Passionate about male fertility and/or the fertility industry Ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and patients Experience coordinating tradeshows and events A can-do attitude and a willingness to get things done A working knowledge and/or willingness to learn Google Analytics, Wordpress, Call Rail, Leadsquared (CRM) and Athena EMR
