POSITION SUMMARY: The Birthday Party & Event Coordinator will effectively manage and supervise all aspects of the birthday party experience at the complex. The team member is expected to provide excellent guest service while working with customers to create a great Birthday Party experience. This position is responsible for guiding all birthday team
members and directing them to parties as well as serving as their supervisor by training and making sure each understands his or her responsibilities.
This position involves working with guest services, food and beverage departments, and management. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Responsible for selling, booking, and executing birthday parties. Interacting and assisting guests as needed Assist with parties from set up to take down Stock, maintain, and clean the party rooms as necessary throughout the parties Lead and direct team members on party days Contact customers prior to parties to go over details and finalize the party Schedule birthday team members for parties MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Flexible work schedule (e.
