Co Pack business by working directly with sellers and end user customers. Analyzes sales results and market information pertaining to product lines and provides workflow and direction to marketing team via campaign strategy. Builds marketing plans and coordinates internal strategies for product lines that incorporate supplier and internal objectives and ensures alignment by effectively implementing & monitoring sales execution, providing product line training and offering first line support on pricing issues.
Gains team advantages and opportunity momentum by observing and orienting prior to making decisions and taking action on problem solving and solutions development. Shows curiosity
about industry and global trends; exhibits some versatility when interacting with customers, sellers, and suppliers. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
SAP or Excel experience preferred. Experience in solvents, paint and coatings, and/or packaging is preferred but not required. Strong business savvy, including an understanding of the business relationship between manufacturers, distributors, and end-users of chemical products and services.
