Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail for the department. Responsible for answering the main phone line into the department. Responsible for ensuring the proper forms are available for use. Qualifications, Education, and/or Equivalent Experience: High School Diploma or GED 2 years of experience working with homeless populations. Data Entry and HMIS experience required.
