4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located. THE ROLE: Within the CMA CGM America Finance Department, and specifically within the Business Performance team, you will monitor performance and coordinate transformation projects for the finance teams.
You will work closely with local financial directors and interact with other departments in the agency, service centers and headquarters. RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and maintain financial dashboards in order to provide better visibility, transparency and quality of analysis to Financial Directors and the RO CFO. Carry out regular analyzes and ad hoc studies to suggest and submit solutions for arbitration. Coordinate local transformation
projects and provide support on global transformation projects by being the point of contact between local teams and the various stakeholders.
You will support in structuring project vision and help drive and pace those projects. Identify improvement opportunities within the finance department's current processes and tools. PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS: You have training from an Engineering School, Business School, University (Bac 5) with a Finance specialization. With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your responsiveness, your leadership, your rigor, your pedagogy, your analytical and synthetic skills, your communication skills, and your ability to get motivate teams.
