Required Experience Must be able to use and read a tape measure, square, level, weld fillet gauge, hi/lo gauge, temp sticks, micrometer, bore gauges, amp & voltmeter, wet & dry mill gauges, anemometer, and barometer Must be extremely detail-oriented with proven strong time-management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software Essential Functions

Interpret mechanical, civil, structural, and isometrics drawings, P&IDs, and plot plans Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine job-specific standards and establish the proposed quality and reliability expectancy of the finished product Coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with field personnel to maximize product reliability and minimize costs Interprets quality control philosophy and assists with quality control training programs for key personnel Communicate and enforce quality criteria procedures due, providing inspections for projects through the out-production cycle Works with vendors to ensure the quality of all purchased parts for Company use Complete NCR forms for items that do not meet Company, customer, or code requirements Must complete daily i Auditor reports Ensure all documentation is the latest revision, and older revisions are removed or marked obsolete Distribute Engineered documents to their relevant parties Gather reader sheets and verify they are correct Maintain weld log Attach NDE reader sheets and MTR documents to isometric drawings in Bluebeam Create test package documents for pneumatic and hydro testing Ensure field employees are utilizing the correct materials and that MTR documentation is available Prepare job books and final project document deliverables for client audits and acceptance promptly Gather all Company and customer-required documentation to build quality job turnover books on time Verify that all vendor and subcontractor documentation is correct and factual Notify supervisor and address potential safety hazards in a timely fashion Be professional and courteous in dealings with customers and/or vendors Follow all Company policies and procedures and obtain certifications at Company/Client request, including but not limited to BBP, Onsite Orientations, First Aid, CPR, Annual OSHA Training, PEC, H2S, AED, Reasonable Suspicion Evers & Sons Inc.
