ECTL serves as a pivotal platform within St. Jude , aiding its investigators in pioneering clinical-grade manufacturing processes, in synergistic partnership with the St.

Jude GMP facility. At ECTL, our main tasks include: Develop clinical grade processes for and participate in manufacturing cellular products in the GMP. Generate relevant data and prepare documents to support Investigational New Drug (IND) applications to the FDA. Develop, identify, introduce, and validate new technologies to facilitate and improve processes

for manufacturing cellular therapeutics. Provide services for clinical scale cell purification, engineering, genetic modification, expansion, and cryopreservation.

As a member of our ECTL team, you will: Coordinate multiple aspects of projects/processes in ECTL or c GMP with guidance. Execute processes (e. g. process development, tech transfer, assays, manufacturing of cellular therapeutics). Generate, document, and report relevant experimental data (e. g. batch records, summary reports for PD). Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution (e. g. inventory and database maintenance, SOP drafting). Minimum Education and/or Training:

Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences or related field. MS or Ph D preferred Minimum Experience: With a bachelor's degree, 12 years of related experience required.

With a Masters, 8 years of related experience required. With a Ph D. 4 years of related experience required. Experience in process development in a c GMP environment is preferred. Experience in culturing and transducing immune cells and hematopoietic cells preferred. Proficiency in flow cytometry preferred.
