Modify and repair molds, jigs and fixtures where accuracy requires maintenance of extremely close tolerances. Diagnose problems and determine corrective actions on injection molds. Ability to grind complex forms to very close tolerances. Ability to complete jobs quickly and efficiently with minimal errors. Maintain
safe work area in neat and orderly manner. Accurately document work performed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; TMA certificate preferred.
5+ years of experience including extensive knowledge of mold function and repair in a plastic injection environment. 2+ years of experience with h ot runner function, trouble shooting and repair. Ability to perform multiple functions including EDM, Jig Grinding, Lathes, Mills, Grinders, etc. Good communication skills. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience working with CAD specifically Solid works is a plus. Hours: 7am to 3:30pm Summary of Position: Responsible for ensuring the proficient and safe use of the forklift in lifting, moving, and packing of products. Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, move, and pack materials. Inspect products to be moved for accuracy, and safely.
Load and offload materials onto and off pallets skids, and vehicles. Ensure that materials loaded to be transported are secure. Ensure that products are safely moved to designated areas. Observe and comply with quality, environment, health, and safety procedures. Personally check all quality descriptions of the merchandize to be moved. Ensure that the products are properly stacked. Carry out regular check and maintenance
on the forklift. Stack and empty inbound shipments. Recognize and report mechanical and electrical flaws to the Shipping Supervisor. Move item from the stockroom to different units inside the organization either utilizing the forklift or by hand.
Checks that Job Travelers are stamped and filled out accurately and completely. Pulls boxes and packages for shipment. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Shipping Supervisor. Required Qualifications: High school diploma/general education degree (GED); and/or three to six years related experience or training preferred. Must have knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehouse, and material handling experience including experience operating
a forklift. Must pass Dynacast forklift training course and driving test.
Basic computer ability is required. Minimum of 5 years forklift experience required; must be forklift certified.
