Organizational Structure Post-harvest trim techs report directly to the Post-Harvest Manager Core Duties and Responsibilities Following company SOP's and guidance from team leads/managers Assist with all aspects of post-harvest that includes deboning dry flower, hand and/or machine trimming product, dry room cleanliness between harvests,
and grading/sifting the dry flower Quality control on all dry flower to ensure patient/customer consistency and satisfaction that includes visual inspection of the product for any defects Must be able to consistently hand trim 1-2 pounds of dry flower per shift after training is completed Assist with packaging bulk flower, pre-pack, and joints Cure room maintenance that includes executing scheduled tasks assigned by the departmental manager that keeps the dry flower at optimum moisture levels and keeping the cure spaces clean and organized Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and speed when hand trimming Accurate and compliant weighing and documentation practices of flower and all byproducts Keeping dry flower batches together and organized with exceptional attention to detail Assist the processing and cultivation teams when needed based off necessary business needs Environmental and Physical Demands Ability to frequently move and/or lift a maximum of 50 pounds Ability to stand, sit, move, kneel, and/or bend for extended time periods Adaptability to working around varying temperature and humidity environments Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination must be sufficient to operate hand scissors and/or a machine trimmer for extended periods of time Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or general education diploma Must be at least 21 years old per state regulation Subject to a required background check Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or on a flexible schedule when needed Prior experience involving trimming cannabis is strongly preferred Onsite training will be provided by employer Strong verbal communication skills are preferred Adaptability to changing priorities in order to meet company goals Ability to problem solve, time manage, and multi-task Follow all state and company regulations regarding cannabis practice Part-time positions may also be available depending upon fitting the listed specific hours listed Part-time hours 830am to 3pm or 9/930am to 330/4pm Mon - Fri
have a basic understanding of electronic theory. Must be able to read and understand various schematics. Must demonstrate strong math and computer skills. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Electronics degree, equipment repair experience or completion of a recognized gaming industry trade school or other technical institute preferred. SUMMARY Responsible for installing, converting, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming machines and systems. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gaming machines and other related equipment. Perform installations, conversions,
and removals of gaming and other non-gaming related equipment. Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure all gaming machines and their related equipment are performing up to expectations.
Maintain an inventory of replacement parts to include troubleshooting and repairing faulty parts/equipment. Responds to all floor calls in an expeditious manner and assist in resolving guest issues when needed. Safely and effectively operates shop equipment including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment. Ensures the accuracy and completion of required documentation as it relates to the position. Ensures compliance of all Federal and Grand Traverse Band Tribal regulations.
Training new Slot Attendants and Slot Repair Technicians.
Assists in conducting slot machine performance and statistical analysis and recommends slot floor changes. Assists with floor duties such as disputes, ticket investigations and verifying when needed. Performs duties as Slot Attendant when required. Willingness to cross-train and provide support in related areas of operations. Performs additional duties within the scope of work. OTHER NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must have excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Must be able to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner by prioritizing obligations and time. Must possess the ability to work with various personalities while maintaining impartiality. Must respond to supervisory guidance and assignments and accept constructive criticisms in order to learn new, updated information. The needs for quickness and ease of adjustment to the work environment and flexibility to change are essential in this position. Possess strong mechanical and electronics background. Should have basic computer skills, good math skills and prior money handling.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None EQUIPMENT TO BE USED Scope, Voltmeter, Coin and Bill Test Stations, Soldering Equipment, Calibration Tools, Power Tools, Lab Power Supply Computer, Keyboard, and other small hand tools TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS May be required to lift up to100lbs with assistance and be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. May also be required to reach, bend, stretch, kneel, crawl, lift and carry on occasion. TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively handle stressful and compromising situations and remain professional. Must be able to deal with difficult people without losing perspective.
Must be able to work productively under strict time restraints with variable deadlines. WORKING CONDITIONS Must be able and willing to work in a crowded, loud, smoking environment. Must be able to handle being under constant surveillance. May be required to work in small, enclosed spaces. Must practice all safety policies, procedures and standards as set by OSHA. COMMENTS Native American and Tribal Preference will apply. Must be able to pass a background investigation and a drug and alcohol urinalysis as a condition of employment. Must be able to work flexible hours and to take on additional responsibilities when asked.
